Senior Housekeeping Manager to work with Deputy Project Director who will lead a team of housekeeping officers, supervise janitors and sub contractors for housekeeping operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline and/or professional certifications in Cleaning.
BICS Accredited
Minimum 10 years working experience in housekeeping and cleaning of Building Operations (eg: Facade cleaning), in environment (eg: open space), etc.
Good knowledge of latest technology in cleaning equipment
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact well at all levels, especially contractors management
Good command of spoken and written English.
Leadership skills / subcontract management
Computer literacy (eg. MS Office)
Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a team of Housekeeping Officers who supervises janitors and subcontractors for housekeeping operations.
Enforces and adopts safety measures among all subordinates and contractors in the work place and environment throughout the sites.
Maintain well organized historical records for all Housekeeping operations.
Receives daily work order and dispatches work among his subordinates.
Maintain good housekeeping in all facility report for any abnormalities found.
Responsible for implementation on various types of improvement on maintenance matters.
Attend to all ad hoc or emergency requests, especially during events (pre & post)
Plan shift work duties to Officers periodically.
Manage Housekeeping Officers in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality and standards.
Perform proper documentation and filings of housekeeping records.
Generate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports
Manages the operational needs in the instance of events and other clients request
Update daily information on TAM database
Check periodically for potential areas for energy savings opportunities.
To meet Key Performance Indicators requirement set by management
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Management of staffs, subcontractors, vendors and supplies
Monitor and review daily information on TAM database
Successful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requests
Maintenance and update the management budget, equipment and materials
Conduct regular service and systems audit
Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency
Prepare site standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Generate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports
Submission of claims
Conduct and review plant operation, emergency plan and contingency plan
Conduct daily operation pass-down meeting and update staff of major works, project activities or organization goals
Review work request, approval and issuing work order, ensure work on time schedule
Manage and control monthly budgetary
Provide effective technical advised and solution to client
Introduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems
Perform emergency support duty, if required
Enforces and adopts safety measures among all of his subordinates
To assist in the Planning, coordinating and controlling all operational activities in accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programs.
Assist in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.
