***Main Duties to include***
Working with problem claims & denials
Getting approvals for medical approaches
Assisting invoicing branch in insurance processing and billing
Ensuring coverage of claims, guiding workforce for proper use age of claim forms, approval papers
Coordinating with insurance companies for acquiring statistics on new guidelines and their insurance
Explaining insurance of clinical blessings to sufferers whilst required
To community with coverage agencies to reap accreditation as a offer
To liaise with coverage companies concerning eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation and other requirements.
To liaise with patients concerning their eligibility and entitlements.
To keep and replace information associated with pre-approvals and reconciliation.
To coordinate and co-perform with colleagues of the same branch and other associated departments for clean jogging of Insurance operations.
